Sometimes you just need to cancel, we get that things change and re-arrange. Our cancellation policy tries to be flexible and fair to both parties.

Refunds are applicable only during these conditions:

• 72 hours before:  100% refund
• 48 hours before : 75% refund
• 24 hours before:  50% refund
• Less than 24 hours: 0% refund

The weather in Costa Rica can be wild and for the safety of our guests, we occasionally have to cancel a tour, even at short notice.

In any case of climate delays, rain, thunderstorms, the tour can either be moved to the next available time or a full refund can be made. Payments would typically be provided in the paying form that you provide to us unless unilaterally agreed otherwise.

We will do our very best to inform you with as much notice as possible, but if you are ever in doubt contact us to confirm. Heavy showers can often be a prelude to discovering animals that would otherwise hide in the dry conditions. So don't be put off by what seems like a write off as conditions can change very quickly.

We implore you to be punctual for the sake of other waiting guests who will be eager to enjoy our tour.

Should you be in a situation that delays you please make an attempt to notify us as early as possible, by whatever means possible; Pall, WhatsApp, SMS, or email. We can usually be accommodating or make some alternative arrangements to ensure you don't miss out.

However, if you do not show up or we don't see any co-operation on your part to be on time then after 20 minutes we continue without your party.

We regret that in these cases we are unable to issue a refund, so please contact us if you run into difficulty making it to the agreed pick-up point.
